The place once we got there was a bit tired and weathered compared to the photos, sadly. Wasn't to the standard of cleanliness I would have expected. Having said that the bathrooms were clean, kitchen ok. Had an issue with a bi fold door that had dropped and Kirsty the Property Manager was fabulous and got it sorted in her own time which we were grateful for. Rooms were nice enough but much smaller than what photos showed and once again I would say not as clean as they could be. We have our large family stay here for five days over Easter and the house was the perfect size for all of us to have a great time together. The house is close enough to walk to main shops in Rye and Blairgowrie. As well as the front beach in Rye.
