Leading outside from the main living area you have the fully fenced solar heated saltwater pool, 2 outdoor dining areas one with bbq, and fully fenced grounds all private safe, and secure for children & pets. Comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV, Netflix, wood fireplace, wifi, split system heating and cooling, and stereo. Second lounge room with pool table Great size kitchen with granite benchtops, dishwasher, aldi pod coffee machine, large fridge and pantry and dining area. Main bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Master bedroom with ensuite. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The Downstairs garage has been set up as a games room with table tennis and dart board.
