My hotel room had many issues. The microwave was not working. The room had a weird smell. We had no shampoo and when I asked the staff for more they did nothing about it. The website said free breakfast however when we got there the breakfast was $15 per person. I had a terrible experience.

This hotel was horrible. The hotel room smelled weird, the microwave didn’t work, it wasn’t clean, and so much more. The staff was rude and helpless. The website said free breakfast and there wasn’t. I did not like it one bit

Room was clean and the view was amazing. I did notice the age of the hotel however, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay. The paint on the bottom of the bathroom door seemed to be chipping away, and the bathtub showed its age a bit. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others looking.

Stinky building very old wore out hotel. Stink in air conditioning ducts. No water pressure in bathroom. Overall very bad experience.

The room I ordered it to double bed when I check in in a hotel they give me just one bed. I told him I have two kids. They say we don’t know what to do with you. I let my kids sleep in the floor.

The property is dated, dirty bathroom and bedroom. The bed was falling apart with the box spring fabric ripped and off the bed base. The lights in the vanity area were not working. No bathroom vent.

The area is pretty good , everything is in close vicinity The bathrooms DEFINITELY NEED to get upgraded, Also the shower curtain and the tub were quite dingy and was uncomfortable taking a shower Thanks

The staff is HORRIBLE. It's like you're bothering them by staying there. I've stayed at this property a few times, because it's in the best location for the work I'm doing, but this was the final time I'll being staying there and dealing with the staff's lack of professionalism.

Room was clean service good. But During my previous stay 2018-2022@ Hilton we use to get breakfast buffet pass. If I’m paying average $200.00-250.00, it to much to ask for free breakfast Buffett! Hilton Please bring back perks !!!!

Great stay. We had a late check in and the front desk staff was excellent. Super attentive and friendly. The breakfast hosts and waitresses and lady at Provisions market (Chiquita) were just awesome. I had probably one of the best powerhouse sandwiches ever here. Hotel is beautiful and we all felt super safe. Nice job and keep up the good work!!

Misrepresented Charges
The stay was alright, BUT I take issue with: 1.) The fact that at booking, I was made to believe the total cost was $190, tax included. Turned out I was charged $215, and without any incidentals for the overnight stay. 2.) Secondly, the booking came with free breakfast, but again I was charged for it @ $33... of course I tipped $10 to the sweet lady who made the breakfast for me and my kids.

Skip this Hilton. You’re welcome.
The first room they gave me, the door didn’t lock, counter/desk area was dirty and sticky. Moved me next door, that room was even more disappointing. Broken sliding mirror, sticky counter/desk area, keypad on the heat/ac just filthy with gross fingerprints. I had to clean every touch surface with sanitizing wipes. I’m disabled and there was no handrail to step out of the shower, which was a big step down for me. Under the sink and around the base looked rusty or needed to be caulked. The box springs under the mattresses were totally broken down, our a/c leaked water from the vent that was above our door, the elevator carpets were ABSOLUTELY filthy and smelled so bad every time I needed to use any of the elevators. The pool was closed and not even available to lay out in the warm sun. There is about a 60 ft ramp from the disabled parking to the closest door to the lobby. THIS door was locked the entire time with a sign saying go to the main door, another 40 feet. Once inside, the floor plan is super open, it’s airy and bright, kept clean, but the walk to the elevators was another 50-60 feet or so. Then off the elevators to our dirty little disappointing room, another 40-50 feet. I could have really gotten hurt stepping out of that shower, this made me the most upset. Not handicapped accessible/friendly. I would not recommend this Hilton to anyone expecting more than a 2 star hotel. Absolutely not worth the almost $900 I spent on 5 nights. At least my door locked though.
