I liked the hotel and the staff was lovely. It was really convenient to all that I was doing as this was a business trip. My only comment is that it is a bit of an older hotel and there were some "cracks" in the track of the curtains in the room. It wasn't a big deal, but I couldn't help but notice. The room itself was clean and nice, and I will stay there again.

I stayed in the 27th floor and had great views of East Memphis and beyond. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was included with my stay and it was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great and very easy to park and access. All the staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell it’s an older hotel so there is some visible wear and tear in the rooms. But overall, a comfortable stay.

Elevators were slow and had issues during our stay. Used the stairs which were dirty and not in great condition. Doors were hard to open to the stairs. Staff was excellent. Very cooperative and helpful. Was truly disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not ready. Was looking forward to swimming.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton for date night. Everything went well. Check-in was fast and flawless. The room was spotless and spacious. My husband watched the Super Bowl at the bar. There’s a Starbucks onsite which was a huge plus. The food at the onsite restaurants was great!
