Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Wash and dry any used dishes and utensils and put them away. Clean grill (if used) and dump charcoal ash in the woods or in the fire pit. Turn off all appliances and unplug the ones on the counters.
Gather all used bedding, blankets, towels and place them in the floor in front of the bathroom.
Turn off both bedroom A/C units. Set the living room unit to 72 during the summer and 68 during the winter. Return key to lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This cute tiny container home had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing weekend getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was ice cold (loved that). We enjoyed the peaceful wooded lot and the outdoor porch and fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy Little Mountain Retreat

This container home has all the comforts we needed during our stay minus a washer and dryer. The area was absolutely gorgeous. I will say if you are dependent upon the wifi, this may not be the best option for you. It does work but has a hard time connecting because you are tucked so far up the mountain. Sometimes that simply cant be helped. The beds were extremely comfortable and the ac worked so well there were days we woke up chilly ( which is a good thing in my opinion). Ending our days by the fire pit and enjoying the cool mountain air nights was absolutely beautiful.
