The lines for the check in desk were sooo long and there was only 1 person manning the desk. We forgot our keys in our room at 2 am and had to wait but didn’t get up to the desk until 3 am. Also when house keeping would come they made our bed but never took any of the trash cans out. Also the ac didn’t work all that great. Will probably be looking for a different hotel next time we come to Vegas.

It seemed like we had to drag our luggage a long long way to get to our room in the Versailles tower.

I asked for a nice room and was immediately cut off saying the rooms are already pre picked and cannot be changed as they are like air and b.. belonging to a person and they rent it out … lucky the room I had was good and was happy… very roomy, clean and comfortable. They don’t have self parking and spent more than 60 dollars in tips for a couple of days .. also having to wait 10 to 20 min for my car every time. On the last night, they ran out of valet space and told me to park at rhe mgm self parking about 20 min walk from the place … parking situation was a 2 out of 10

Love staying at the Horseshoe!!! In the heart of it all definitely will be back soon!
