"The staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. On the other hand- the hotel itself is tired, old, outdated and dirty.
To make matters worse, there was a huge horse race (which I wasn’t aware of) and guests there were out of control. As I was walking into the lobby with my family to return to our room, a large fist fight breaks out in the lobby where a bloodied combatant is thrown out the front door. My kids thought it was cool, but I’m too old for that nonsense. My advice is before you...
