"The property had all the things you need and was in close walking distance of the market and other attractions. It was clear and the receptionist was great. There is no baggage stor as listed but the receptionist took our bags which was really nice. It was very loud, loud music untill late in neighbouring properties one night and a fight the next, tram noise which is to be expected. Overall a good stay in well furnished apartment."

Check-in was not smooth; same thing people have complained about - the digital key via the app didn't work; inconvenient when you're tired after a long trip. They did respond quickly and sent someone to give us the physical keys. The digital key worked the next day."

Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything.
