First, let me explain it that our hotel is not at fault at all. it is like you bought rotten potatoes from grocery store , and asking farmer to refund for it. however farmer sold potatoes almost months ago. you have booked your reservation through third party, meaning you have to cancel it through third party only. we explained it several times to you, but you never wanted to listen us and just keep blaming us. it is you, who choose third party to make reservation, not us. We did told you to contact your booking agency to discuss with it regarding to your cancellations. but after hours of waiting, you could not get hold of your agency. please blame your agency, not us. ...Thank you
