"The staff were super nice and helpful but the location of the apartment is HORRIBLE. Area dirty and feels unsafe. Apartment very basic. I feel bad for the great staff but I do not recommend it, especially for women traveling alone. "

"Chose this location as a base to travel the northern region of Italy during a week @ Christmas. It was absolutely perfect for our requirements. Facility was new, clean, warm & cosy - with very helpful, friendly staff. There is a restaurant bar & coffee shop adjacent to the premises - very convenient for breakfast or dinner/drinks. "We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"The apartment is not central, however 15 minutes walk from the underground. It is spacious but very tired. The wooden slats under the mattress were nearly all broken, dirty towels stored under the bed, no toilet paper,and broken fixture. When contacted, CleanBnB were quick to apologize and said someone would come by the next day….but no one ever turned up. They were once again very apologetic, but that was it. "

"The apartment was well laid out, comfortable and convenient to the metro. We asked the manager to check on the broken shower head, wobbly toilet seat and leaking espresso machine. The espresso machine was replaced two days later. We got no response about the shower or toilet, even though we sent pictures as requested. The neighborhood was safe with shops and mostly family run restaurants with local clientele."
