Die Wohnung ist im originalen Zustand Ende 60er/Anfang 70er Jahre, als hätte die letzte Bewohnerin sie gerade verlassen und ihren Hausstand komplett dagelassen. Auch Küche und Bad im vollkommen unrenovierten, originalen und daher nicht mehr richtig zu reinigenden Zustand, im Bad noch mit rosa Armaturen und einem alten beigen Teppich.
