Stunning villa

This spacious Villa is a truly fabulous property. It has six bedrooms, ample indoor and outdoor space and stunning views of the Playa and Mediterranean sea. It sits on a plot of 300 square meters, surrounded by lovely palm trees and beautiful Mediterranean plants for you to walk through and admire. There is a large 12m x 5m private and secluded pool with outside shower and ample sun loungers to relax on and soak up the sun, with a large parasol to recline under if shade is required. There is a poolside bar with bar stools and a Bluetooth sound system to play all your favourite music. Next to the bar is a charcoal BBQ with outside dining table, chairs and a rattan lounge set with comfy cushions and an outdoor parasol. This area also houses a drinks room with fridge/freezer, a sunbed store and a utility room with washing machine, toilet and hand basin.
The garage is equipped with a table tennis, pool table combination, a dart board and card table. A few steps up from the garage takes you to a peaceful raised viewing area with a table and chairs, perfect for an early morning cup of coffee watching spectacular sunrises.
The gated driveway leads to a covered car port with enough space for four vehicles. The main entrance door opens into a small hallway, leading to a large and well equipped modern kitchen with sea views. It is fully fitted with a coffee maker, two fridges, freezer, hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and a Bluetooth sound system. Leading off from the kitchen is the lounge. Marble floors, light decor and multiple patio doors make this area a bright serene and airy place to relax. This room includes a glass dining table, a three piece suite and a large flat screen smart T.V. with surround sound and British channels.
Leading from the first floor lounge is a large terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea. It has a 12 seater granite table, a gas BBQ and a rattan lounge set with comfy cushions. There is also a further six seater granite breakfast table situated outside the kitchen window, all perfect for al fresco dining.
There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with their own shower room and covered patio leading out to the grounds and pool. The master bedroom has a Super King size bed and its balcony has an exercise area complete with exercise step machine, balance ball, mat and weights. A further three bedrooms are located on the first floor all with sea views, two have single twin beds that can be zipped into doubles and one has a double bed, they all share a family shower room complete with toilet and hand basin. There is also a separate wash room with toilet and hand basin.

Large beautiful villa with amazing views

Ten of us had one week in this beautiful villa. It was perfect. There is so much space. The pool is wonderful, games room is fab and the pool bar is ideal. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa.
