Gorgeous hotel! The continental breakfast was the best I've had and we will definitely will be staying here again. The staff were so friendly and the pool was perfect. I think it was salt water so my skin was not super dry and the eyes didn't burn like other hotel pools.

The property was great and the staff amazing. Even gave up their own parking spot so we had a spot to park after their lot filled up with unauthorized rodeo event crowd took up all the parking. The average review is due to booking a one bedroom suite on expedia and only getting a standard room. While they adjusted our rate after I pointed out that what we were charged was for a larger room, they did not have the room we wanted and did not catch charging us more for what we got. Lots of character in their building and rooms and a great breakfast.

This building and the industrial style was very cool. Work out room was great. Having Pour Bros attached was a huge bonus. The only thing missing was a place to eat in the hotel. But, plenty of walkable places and a full market in the hotel that you could bring back to your room.

room was noisy. you could hear everything from room above. people walking across floor loudly until 4am. we finally had to leave. not a place i would recommend if you need a good nights sleep

This hotel is fantastic! Convinent location to the arena and resturaunts. Great customer service and free breakfast. We loved the ambiance of this former industrial building turned into an amazing hotel!

Have stayed here before and have always been satisfied. Cool hotel, and they have a couple of bikes for use if staying there which is fun! Clean room, clean sheets, clean mattress (believe me I check!)

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable and spacious room. Everything I could have wanted - cookware, tableware, and many USB ports. The location was easy to find from the interstate, and is very close to many riverfront amenities

Overall the hotel is great but it’s right next to railroad tracks with trains constantly coming by in the middle of the night blaring their horns. I was given a room directly across from the tracks so needless to say I didin’t get any sleep as it’s SO Loud.

The property itself is great, the staff was A , but the maintenance and cleanliness was pretty shabby. Carpets throughout the facility were badly in need of cleaning, signage in elevators was torn, dirty and peeling (which just gives the experience an 1 star vibe). Furniture in the room seemed more like an afterthought than a plan.

No daily servicing of the room. Only once every three days. When I complained they said they'd address it, but all they did was throw fresh towels down in front of the door. When I complained again, they made the bed but left the wet towels on the floor, didn't empty the wastebaskets or replenish the coffee, etc. WAY over priced in relation to the service.

They called and said they were overbooked and had to move us to another hotel. They found us another hotel nearby and paid for our overnight stay. Not ideal but acceptable

The location is great and the space is beautiful. The only issue we had was that our room was connected to the 2nd floor patio. There were people partying stepa from our room until well after midnight. We did not have a good night of sleep after a very long day of driving.
