directly on the ocean...we did not have a parking problem, but if they have a full house they have 18 spots and 26 rooms. so, beware. clean, crystal clear water in the pool. the outdoor fire pits were not functioning due to salt corrosion, per the front desk. about a mile walk to the boardwalk. nice fireworks show there every thurs. very close to the water. i would stay again.

The room was nice and clean. We had a kitchenette, which was a great feature. from the balcony you had a pleasant view of the ocean.
