“The very large property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, peaceful and quiet. A 10 minute walk to two major supermarkets. Our villa in Capistrano was outstanding for a 2 week stay. It was very well stocked with everything a family would need to live and cook at home. Extra space-heaters were welcome during the single digit morning temperatures. We had plenty of light and the patio was gorgeous, with a 6 person table and 2 sunbeds on the private lawn. Fernando in the main office was……

“5 minutes walking distance to the centre. Restaurants and bars very near. Open air car parking at €1 was 6 minutes away, at the rear of the Mercadona supermercado . Do not use the Plaza España underground parking as it is hugely expensive . The apartment we had was clean and ok, but modernization is definitely needed. ”

“FeWo hätte nicht besser sein können. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Juan war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein bisschen Baulärm aus der Umgebung, etwas heruntergekommene Rückseiten der Hotelhochhäuser am Strand sowie die z.T etwas steile Zufahrt liegen nicht in der Verantwortung des Vermieters. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!”

“We had a wonderful 6 days in this beautiful apartment. It was bright and plenty of room. Lots of crockery and cutlery. I does say there are two full bathrooms, but there is only one full bathroom and a toilet with a sink in. Fantastic sea view with a beautiful terrace. It is on a hilly development and there are around 50 steps you need to walk up to the apartment, which is a little daunting, but, by the end of the six days I was running up them!! “We really enjoyed our time here. The location isn’t great if the beach or city centre is a priority unless you have a car or enjoy long walks. We had a car and do enjoy long walks so we used both modes of transportation and had no problem with the location. The apartment is very functional and was more than enough space for the two of us, although I think it would work for four as well. We really appreciated the outdoor charcoal grill.
