Staff was very friendly . The property is old. Could have been cleaner in my room. All surfaces should be wiped and sanitized before a new tenant uses the room .

It is a good no-frills option in Beverley Hills and close to UCLA. Rooms are ok - beds pretty good, bathrooms are new. There's no restaurant and not much else besides coffee and flavored sparkling water. But it was convenient and not a bad price. Be careful getting parking - the garage is closed on weekends and you have to go into an office building and get let in by a security guard to get your car.
