"We had a great stay at the property and the property manager was very helpful and prompt. The pool area is amazing and the views from the villa were lovely. The air conditioning was better in some rooms than others but I think we noticed this more due to a very hot week but overall this was a lovely place to spend a week with the family."

"We had a perfect stay at this poolhouse rented by juan! The whole house is extremely clean and all of the equipments you need are available at the house! The view is absolutely lovely and juan is a very nice and helpfull host! The pool is great and our kids and ourselves enjoyed it very much! We will be back!"

"Pros: The house had everything we needed and more, with all the facilities as shown in the pictures and plenty of space inside and outside. Was very clean and tidy on arrival. Marcelo the host was great, easy communication before arriving, friendly, helpful during the stay with recommendations of places to eat, taxis etc and flexible with check out times. Cons: Nothing wrong in regards to the villa, but no local shop so need to plan trips ahead for food/drink. Didn’t cause us any problems...

"We spend a good time at the villa, which has very nice quiet location and great views of the sea. It is very practical and quite comfortable. The only recommendation I would give to the owner is to make a little investment into the towels (provided for additional charge) and kitchen utensils. Though the description says that the beach is 2.5 km from the villa you have to drive to it, which we considered as advantage visiting best beaches in Girona province. "We stayed at Vila Suro for 2 weeks in June 2011. We were 4 persons - two of them teenagers. The description of the Villa and all details got by the owner were a 100% correct and very detailled. Let's say - perfect. The pool is great and has a nice view to the ocean, even when it's night. Supermarkets are nearby. I can recommend this property for families and also for parents who are on vacation with teenagers. Barcelona is a one day trip away. No problem to go there by car, but be careful with...

"This hotel was very relaxing and comfortable to stay at. We loved the friendly and welcoming staff, the clean and upscale room quality and the gorgeous hotel grounds, including the pool, spa and beach areas. We would love to stay here again. "

"Lovely straightforward friendly modern hotel, newly and attractively refurbished. Very welcoming friendly staff who spoke excellent English and spent time explaining what was on offer. Spotlessly clean, newly refreshed and attractively furnished double room and ensuite, with very comfortable bed, I slept really well thanks also to the quiet aircon and blackout curtains. Great to have a small fridge in the room, and coffee making facilities - we also really liked the attractively laid out "honesty bar" in reception, and the range of items on offer. The hotel is conveniently located near a big supermarket, cafe and other local facilities but only about 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Girona. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we get the chance to come back to this lovely area."

"Convenient location near airport and main roads to explore area around Girona. Room as advertised and spacious. Great outdoor pool and indoor spa pool. Really enjoyed relaxing stay at the hotel. Although if you do want walking distance to restaurants / attractions then do look at the location of this hotel as it is away from main town. Lovely hotel and perfect for my stay in the area."
