Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. "I stayed one night. The receptionist, who I believe She was Ukrainian, was excellent very helpful and kindly gave me a room on the floor I requested. The neighbourhood isn’t great, but considering the price, the hotel represents acceptable value."

"The exterior of the hotel was in a very poor state, with renovation works ongoing. However, the interior was very good. The room was clean and presentable and the underground parking was very convenient."
