"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."

"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte. Then you take your beverages out of a cooler and grab a bottle opener. Tap beer, for some reason, still...

"Die ruhige Lage des Hotels, direkt am Wald, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte viele schöne Wanderrouten aussuchen oder interessante Orte wie z.B. Seiffen oder Freiberg besuchen.
Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. "

"Hotellet ligger avsides. Svårt att hitta ställe att äta middag på. De restauranger som finns i närheten erbjuder ensidig mat och stänger oftast kl 20! Hotellets buffé var några kartiner med enkla rätter dock utan skyltar. Fanns inte vegetariska rätter. Så man viste inte vad man åt. Personalen pratade inte engelska alls utom en. Rummen var rymliga och rena. Dock städades så där under vår vistelse. Disken stod kvar osv. Personalen var hjälpsam. Dock fungerade inte bubbelpoolen alls under vår...

We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."

"The room was really nice - best shower ever! The one meal (dinner) I had on site was good. Staff was all nice and really helpful. Had a nice massage in the wellness center, which is also really well done. I’d definitely return. "
