The property was clean, safe, the staff was friendly and gave great recommendations that made our visit nice. There is a 24 hour supermarket right across the street.
I was in a room on the 4th floor, and for some reason whenever my neighbors opened their doors, it made my door shake VIOLENTLY like someone was trying to break in. so it was hard to get back to sleep afterwards

The hotel was in a run down area nd the fire alarm went off all morning the day we checked out. Light is kitchen was strobing.

My husband and I did a quick weekend trip and it was the perfect hotel. All employees were very attentive and friendly. Hotel is beautiful all around. Rooms are gorgeous and luxurious just need a little deep cleaning or minor up grading to make accents a little more polish.
Love the wrap around balcony view in our room it was the best
Wish they told us we need to book for the dinner restaurant downstairs as soon as we got here, we would have did so; we was looking forward to dining but it was completely booked

Our stay was very nice. The thing I didn’t like was the problem with the parking. They should have a separate area for guest who are staying at the hotel and have a separate area for guest to their casino.

The rooms are wonderful. The whole hotel is awesome the staff are really great and friendly. The only thing is that they need to give people access to the AC cause the rooms were brick. But that’s my mom’s feedback. I have no complaints I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend
