"The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy. There is an onsite area to get a taxi but highly recommend renting a jeep to get around the island. About 8 min drive to Cruz bay with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just be aware September to November a lot of restaurants and businesses shut down on the island. But it is still a great time to go because it is not busy at all! Very relaxing"

"Excellent communication and service from the host Scott. Villa was cleaned at a high level by the housekeeper which is not always the case at other villas. View, pool and other amenities were also excellent. Overall, they know what they are doing and I would rent there again."

"This property is beautiful! We had a few hiccups with a few things but overall a great stay. The properly manage was very responsive on text and the house is well stocked. You definitely need a four wheel drive vehicle here. We had an AWD vehicle for the first few days and had to change (due to the rental car company) and got a 4x4 and it was so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things about this property and would definitely return!"

"Manor house was excellent!!! Even more beautiful than the pictures. The house layout is perfect every bedroom has an insuite bathroom plus it’s on its own floor with a unique balcony. Pool was amazing. Beach equipment perfect. Chairs coolers snorkels beach towels fins. The most amazing stay for my three adult kids and spouses and two grandkids!!!"
