(2,299 reviews) Room was clean but we werent given a room till 7pm when we were supposed to be in at 3pm. They do not clean the rooms during your stay nor do they change your bed linens. They do provide extra towels upon request. They do not have enough chairs by pool area for everyone. They allow visitors to save pool chairs as they walk away for hours. There should be no saving of chairs. Great setup although beach not swimmable you can walk and view. There are beaches within walking distance. Great activities. Managers were great. Grounds beautiful. Food great and reasonable in the restaurant where we ate everyday. Dont like the pressure sales and rude sales financial guy. All staff were friendly and helpful despite being through damaging hurricanes. Margarittas endless. They need to enforce no smoking rules..Couldnt use porch due to smoking and had to leave pool.area and concert due to property allowing smoking in no smoking areas. They advertise as no smoking facility, not true, its not enforced. Security is excellent. Overall good stay good people.
