Iratxe Montefrío by Ruralidays

Holiday home located in Montefrío, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.

This is the ideal accommodation for you and your group of friends and/or family. It is a huge villa in the spectacular setting of the white village of Montefrío, which is a must-see if you choose to book this villa.

It consists of nine bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 18 people. The bedrooms will be opened according to the number of people who book the house (one bedroom for every two people). If you want to use more bedrooms, you will have to pay the corresponding price.

Two bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower each, and two have a double bed. One bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the remaining three bedrooms have two single beds.

The villa is completed with five more bathrooms with a shower. The bedrooms on the second floor of the apartment have a separate entrance and would share the only bathroom in this space.

The common areas consist of a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

The owner provides a playpen and a wooden cot.

The huge outdoor area has a dining area and a kitchen with a fridge and a drinks rack, as well as a fantastic private swimming pool.

The swimming pool is available from May 1st to November 30th. Ask the owner for stays outside these dates. In addition, there is a private parking area and an area where your pet can have a great time.

Access to the house is possible via a 500-meter lane.

A Peaceful, Spotlessly Clean Paradise

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Montefrío! The house is set in the most beautiful surroundings with breathtaking views of the Andalusian countryside – it truly feels like a little piece of paradise.The service was outstanding from beginning to end. We were welcomed by incredibly kind and helpful hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Everything was ready when we arrived, and they were available throughout our stay whenever we had questions or needed anything.The villa was full of charm, well-equipped – and spotlessly clean! It was spacious, with a lovely pool and terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.We would absolutely love to come back one day. Unfortunately, we live far away, so getting there takes many hours of travel and isn’t exactly cheap – but this place is truly worth it. Highly recommended to anyone looking for tranquility, natural beauty, and genuine Andalusian hospitality. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Die Sauberkeit eines 7-Sterne-Hotels, super charmante Gastgeber und sehr aufmerksam auf alle Wünsche (was eigentlich nicht nötig war, da das Haus mit absolut allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht und noch mehr). Die spektakulären Zimmer, der wunderschöne Außenbereich, der makellose Pool. Wie auch immer: ein wahres Wunder. Kurz gesagt, unser Aufenthalt in diesem ländlichen Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten, zu entspannen und sich wieder mit der Natur und sich selbst zu verbinden. Die Gastgeber des Hauses waren super nett, sie hatten viele Details dabei (sie ließen uns Eis, Gebäck, ein Kaltgetränk im Kühlschrank und wir konnten auch später als zur angegebenen Zeit problemlos abreisen) Betonen Sie, wie gut das Haus ausgestattet und sauber ist (die Bettwäsche roch sogar nach Weichspüler). In der Küche gibt es alle möglichen Utensilien und der Garten ist wunderschön. Die Tischtennisplatte ist großartig, wenn Sie mit einer Gruppe von Freunden dorthin gehen. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall wiederholen!

Bevor wir ankamen, war die Kommunikation der Eigentümer hervorragend und beantwortete alle Fragen, die wir brauchten. Als wir ankamen, hätten die Besitzer nicht entgegenkommender sein können. Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Besitzer kamen und brachten uns Geschenke, einschließlich Essen zum Kochen an manchen Abenden! Das Beste war ihre Hilfe, uns zum Supermarkt zu bringen, da wir kein Auto hatten und der Weg mit den Hügeln ziemlich lang ist, besonders in der Sommerhitze! Dies war ein Lebensretter, und wir könnten nicht dankbarer sein. Ein großes Dankeschön an Salvador und Juan Pedro.

Wir vermieten immer große Häuser für meine Großfamilie. Das Haus hat kein "aber": Sowohl die Innen- als auch die Außenausstattung sind sehr gepflegt, wir waren 4 Familien und waren begeistert. Wir haben kein Detail vermisst: voll ausgestattete Küche, beheizte Zimmer / Bäder (wir waren mitten im Winter) geräumig und unabhängig voneinander. Wir schätzten die neuen, harten Matratzen zusammen mit der ruhigen Umgebung. Druckduschen und sehr heißes Wasser. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, um es von innen und außen zu genießen. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allen möglichen Details. 3 'von Montefrío mit vielen Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Die Gastgeber, Salvador und Juan Pedro, charmant und sehr aufmerksam auf unsere Bedürfnisse, die sehr gering waren, da das Haus alle Arten von Dienstleistungen bietet. Eine 11 von 10 werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen, weil sie einen sehr guten Geschmack im Mund der ganzen Familie hinterlassen hat.

Von der ersten Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer konnte man die Freundlichkeit und Disposition schätzen. Lage sehr stadtnah und sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist in allem großartig, es fehlt an keinem Detail und es war sauberer als jedes Landhaus, an das Sie sich erinnern können. Ideal mit Kindern, es gibt viel Spiel. Es hat alles, die Fotos spiegeln perfekt wider, was es gibt. Ausgezeichneter Familienbesitzer, also eine sehr komplette Brücke.

Ich möchte die Aufmerksamkeit der Besitzer Salvador und Juan Pedro hervorheben, bis zur Reinigung des Äußeren und der Wartung des Pools, sie nahmen den Müll, sie gaben uns einige typische Süßigkeiten der Stadt, wenn Sie etwas brauchten, waren sie da sofort und so weiter und so weiter. ..., ist alles , was ich sage wenig ...
