What an incredible hotel! We got the Crystal Suite and it was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Staff was amazing, location is fabulous, we will absolutely book this hotel again!
Great service, great staff. Had an amazing stay in the suite with our baby and dog! The guys at the valet service were always on top of things and really friendly. Plenty of restaurants, shops and thing to do nearby. 10/10 👌

We had a wonderful time staying in a premium loft suite for 6 nights. Was perfect amount of room for two people and all of the staff were helpful. I really enjoyed the free coffee and the snacks at the mini bar were reasonably priced. I also felt like our room was quiet and very private location in the hotel. Felt like we had our own corner of the hotel.

Staff was amazing (polite and very helpful). Thai restaurant was very good but a bit pricey. Breakfast was also good, but pricey. Starbucks was just down the street. Room was spacious and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and offered great amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I will be staying here again when I return to Montreal. The only suggestion I have is to use the parking on the side street it’s $25 a day and the hotel charges $60 which is outrageous in my opinion.
