"In der Wohnungsbeschreibung waren Ofen und Mikrowelle separat geführt und ein Geschirrspüler angekündigt. Es gibt aber keinen Ofen und auch keinen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt nur eine Mikrowelle, der Herd besteht aus zwei kleinen Platten, es waren nur kleine Töpfe vorhanden. Zwar wurde ein Topf auf Anfrage geliefert der nicht sauber war, ebenso einiges Geschirr im Schrank. Bei Verwendung trat Wasser aus der Spüle in der Küche und im Bad. Beim abspülen stieg dieses Wasser über den Badewannenabfluss...

Nous avons eu à disposition une chaise haute, un lit bébé, des bouées et brassards pour la piscine, des jeux. Terrasse, BBQ, trampoline, piscine à 24C et jacuzzi à 37C ont ravi tout le monde."

"Nous n'avons pas eu le logement réservé car store électrique en panne. On nous en a donné un autre, soi-disant équivalent niveau prestations et plus grand. Appartement vieillot, pas plus grand, avec un vieux bureau qui devait nous servir de table pour manger ???? Nous avons appelé et on nous a dit de prendre loft plus grand sous les toits. Pas évident avec escalier à pic, 3 étages plus escalier loft. Il était forcément mieux et plus grand avec vrai table. Poubelle intérieure pleine et eau chaud...

The main entrance to the building was securely locked but no key lock on the apartment we were staying in. We were told we would receive some sort of compensation or look for another place.
