"Amazing villa, in a great location, 2 minutes from the beach. There’s a small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk but only with very basic supplies - no meat or veg but great for fresh bread and croissants. It’s a 20 minute walk into Moriara where there are lovely restaurants and bars and a larger supermarket. Travelled with a family group including young children - the villa was perfect for them. "

Comfortable beds and good quality furnishings.Underground parking is tight and not for the feint hearted with a larger car.Wonderful host who dealt with some initial niggles with professionalism and good humour. "From start to finish the booking process was excellent and the communication was faultless in terms of the apartment what can I say it was outstanding the views were amazing the location was brilliant on exiting turn right down the stems your at the lovely marina ready to stroll along to the front where you will find amazing restaurants and shops turn left you in the start of the shopping area if you like churches there's a beautiful little church we went for Sunday mass at 11.00am going back to the apartment it has everything you could ask for with all the mod cons I would highly recommend this to anyone Rob was a great host keeping regular contact to check we were ok Thank yu for a lovely stay Rob."

"This was our fourth time in Moraira and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. The photos are a very accurate representation of the property which is extremely comfortable, well equipped and with enough space for a large family or groups of friends. The pool area is great and the open plan kitchen / dining/ living area is spacious and very nice.It's a short walk into town taking only around 7-8 minutes so the location is excellent and the area is very quiet and safe."

"A great rental property with amazing ocean views. Pool was a good size, although deep for the majority (not so great for small children) but ok for a teenager. The location was good, being walkable to the beach and the town centre of Moraira. A car is needed if you wanted to go further afield and makes it easier for accessing the supermarkets for supplies, being a self-catering villa. The outside seating areas were well located around the property, with sun beds and parasols included, with the pool area getting the sun for the majority of the day. "
