“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. It was located on a busier street, but still comfortable, and we appreciated how close it was to great restaurants and shopping without feeling overwhelming. “I can’t even discribe how perfect our experience at the Spanish Steps was. From our initial contact with Gino the host, his communication was quick and very helpful. The apartment is exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was very comfortable and it is in a perfect location for seeing all the sights. Very walkable, safe, and close to excellent restaurants. Gino was able to recommend a wonderful restaurant for our first night after our long over night flight……

“We had a place booked and they canceled at the last minute! Booked this because we needed someplace to stay. VERY happy with this last minute choice. A two minute flat walk to the bus stop where cabs were also available. It was larger than we thought it would be. I gave my daughter the bedroom and I slept on the queen size pull out. The place was large enough to leave it pulled out and still get around. Slept like a baby. Clearly it was on older building because the front door was about 20 feet……

“Very comfortable and clean. Close to good restaurants, Cavour metro station, or 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Forum, 15-20 minutes walk to Trevi Fountains, Spanish Steps and shops. Nicoletta was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.”

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
