"A estadia foi boa, mas os preços de refeições e bebidas são proibitivos e, nos finais de semana, faltam cadeiras e mesas ao largo das piscinas. Outra coisa que observei foi a falta de equipamentos contra incêndio. Não existem escadas e nem mesmo heliporto. "

"O hotel não disponibiliza recreação quando há poucos hóspedes. Conversei pessoalmente com o coordenador Carioca e ele me disse que não fica animado com poucos hóspedes, e por isso não há recreação nem para adultos nem para crianças. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura física, mas não há nenhum instrutor para realizar atividades. Só trabalham quando há hóspedes suficientes que julgam ser um número bom para ser “animado”. "I booked the 2night/3days in hopes of using the water park. When we arrive, we are told on thursdays (day 2) the water park is closed and we should have been notified when booking or shortly after booking and asked if we wanted to alter the dates to visit the water park. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. Therefore, I am extremely upset that we could not enjoy the perfect weather in the water park. Instead we had to endure the large group of kids at the on-site pool (more like knee deep water). For those of you wanting to visit this site, BE AWARE that water park is CLOSED on Thursdays."
