Very nicely located at the arrival of the cable car, 3 minutes by foot, no noise, brand new hotel. You can start skiing from there. Just huge and crowdy. Though I stayed 4 nights, I had to change room after 1 night because of different customer name and the other room was much smaller. Funny meal ordering system, but convenient.

Personal an der Bar schlecht geschult und mit Tablet und Bestellerfassung überfordert. Konnte nicht eledtronisch auf Zimmer buchen Zimmertüre klempte so stark, dass nur mit einem Schultercheck zu öffnen war

Tolles Hotel!
Tolles, modernes Hotel direkt an der Bergstation. Aus unserer Sicht gibt es nichts zu Bemängeln. Das Abendessen ist sehr effizient, jedoch muss das Essen selber an der Theke abgeholt werden. Uns hat das nicht gestört, ist jedoch wissenswert.

Es kann nicht sein, dass ich für meine 9 jährige Enkelin gleich viel bezahlen musste wie für einen Erwachsenen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und angenehm und ruhig. Das Restaurant überbelegt, ausser der Orangerie, wo ich ein Tisch res. und nicht bekommen habe, ist das Restaurant kalt und sieht aus wie eine Kantine. Schön wären Bilder Pflanzen. Keine festliche Ev auch weihnachtliche Deko.
