The front desk personnel were very nice. There was no daily housekeeping for dirty towels and trash cans. We had to go to office daily to request towels and coffee. Pictures of rooms were a little deceiving as room was dated. Definitely not worth the $400. per night costs. The property is located in great location for shopping and restaurants.

Clean and modern. Located right next to the mall with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Great location in Downtown Charlotte. My main complaint is they never cleaned our room in the 4 days we stayed. We had to call for towels. We even told the front desk and they said it would be handled. We came back later that night and still nothing was done.
