Hotel was immaculate! Our room was in beautiful condition, fully stocked with perfectly cleaned bedding, towels etc. We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning, given the relatively small space it was a great selection and the food was tasty. I like that a pool was available; even though I didn't have time to use it it's nice to know. Finally, the staff I interacted with were quite friendly and welcoming, though I didn't get names. We checked in on Thursday evening at about 8 PM and checked out at about 9:30 on Friday morning; both of the front desk employees I spoke with were great. Thank you so much for an easy and comfortable stay during a difficult time.

To put my reactions in context, we were at HH for just one night that was unseasonably cold and rainy, so could not take advantage of the resort's amenities. BUT . . .we had reserved what turned out to be a 3d floor room up two flights of very narrow stairs. No one offered help with luggage. A night table lamp was missing a bulb, which we brought to staff's attention, but no replacement was brought up. The room itself was tiny. The online photo shows it with a small desk and reading chair. The room actually had neither, and I felt at some risk for hitting my head on the ceiling. All in all, it just wasn't worth what we paid for it.

Rooting for them to make a go of this recently renovated hotel, but the experience was not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. We had a corner room on a busy street and there was a lot of street noise that could be improved with double-paned windows. The room needed dusting, there was no bath gel in the shower, the walls are thin so could hear our 'neighbors', the kitchen floor needed a sweep, not terrible, but not without crumbs, and worst of all was the refrigerator which was very dirty. There was a slight smell of cooked food as though someone had been eating in there recently.
