While the location was perfect, it was hard not having an onsite concierge to consult. They were very easy to reach via text and gave easy advice, but the email key was annoying to use, a door code would have been easier. No salt or pepper or shampoo and conditioner like a typical hotel. No windows opened in the room so one breakfast we made bacon and it smelled of bacon the rest of our time (not a bad smell to have) . For the cost and the amenities provided we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. We had friends who and told us how wonderful it was, but that was when it was at a cheaper cost and maybe a better room.

"It’s such a historic hotel that you definitely feel a sense of pride staying there. The rooms are very expensive, but the location is excellent, and the valet parking is very convenient. However, it’s surprisingly difficult to get a room with a good view. Overall, I think it’s worth staying there ..."

"We stayed Friday night of a long weekend and had to wait over an hour in line to check in (with a toddler and infant) which was at dinner time due to their 5pm check in time.
