This property was problematic. Firstly, we did not realize that all of the windows on our side of the hotel opened up onto the pool area (all of the rooms had balconies and windows but not to the outside, instead to the indoor pool). As a result, the rooms did smell heavily like chlorine from the pool. My asthmatic girlfriend did suffer due to this strong bleach odour. We arrived late (1am) to the room and were shocked that the toilet did not flush and was clogged. After a call to the front desk, the very helpful attendant came up with a plunger and cleared the drain. In doing so, some water (mixed with fecal matter) splashed on the floor. We were quite disgusted and asked for the floor to be cleaned. He advised that the cleaning staff would not arrive until morning but did go and get some cleaning agents and wiped it up. The breakfast was also sub-par. Powdered eggs and burned sausages. The one saving grace were the delicious croissants. I cannot recommend this hotel at $250/night.

Good but costly

The staff was amazing. Kim is an incredible lovely person. They helped us with everything, making our stay perfect! ♥️ ♥️ ♥️

Very poor communication there’s no staff it’s a self serve hotel got stranded outside trying to get in to the parking for an hour no staff answered the phone to clarifying how to enter the parking and provide me with the right code as everything is with codes and digital self check ins I don’t really know what service I paid for really room service cleaning are only available in the afternoon lol overpriced for the location as it’s a Main Street of chaotic living environment of junkies and homelessness unsafe at all. Overall experience horrible I’m in hotels every week for business purposes and that experience was definitely the worse I was late for work such and inconvenience

Perfect for a small family getaway with older kids. Common area where family can talk together. Enjoyed the apartment feel rather than a hotel. In a great location close to restaurants and shops.
