Musee du Fort Tours

We were unsure when booking, but oh my goodness it was so much better than we expected or imagined. The location is PERFECT, the staff is so kind and helpful. We felt like we were in Europe, not just over the border in Quebec. Our only negative would be the firm mattress, but most probably wouldn't be bothered by it. We're just plush mattress people. If you're on the fence, just book it- you won't regret it! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to return to beautiful, magical, romantic Old Quebec City again.

Beautiful hotel, great location friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will come back.

If the owner is reading this, please take this review seriously. I booked Hotel Corbin through expedia, during the dates that I picked, there was no room available aside from the most basic room. While I asked then to change me to a different room since my window was facing 3 air conditioners and an ugly rooftop, the front desk guy was nice about it but the girl with short black curly hair acted extremely nasty when I asked to change a room. She claimed to be the "designer" of the room and said "well you picked the CHEAPEST room, what were you expecting?" She started questioning me. I offered to pay for the upgrade, but no other rooms were available, she made it sound like I was too broke to afford a better room and therefore, I deserved it. She then proceeded to telling me that if my daughter didn't like the room, she didn't get to decide since she was only 4 years old. I saw the other room available and was happy about it, the window was facing a wall which was better, the entrance was wider and I could easily fit my stroller in the other room, girl with short curly hair then angrily said was "making up stories" and that the two rooms were very similar. She then continued nagging and criticizing me, and complained that my daughter was already on the bed. Upon being told to leave me alone, she continued nagging as if she's got a problem. If you dislike toddlers, don't give me an attitude right at my face. A joke of an employee.
