To our guests, We are Brenda and Gary. We have been in business since 2015, operating many of our units. We are super hosts on both vrbo and airbnb and we are fortunate to have many repeat guests year after year. In business, it is difficult to make 100% of people happy; although we have done pretty well as you can see through our 5 star reviews. We continue to strive to do our very best. The photos are the exact photos of the unit although we often switch out our bedspreads to keep everything clean.

We are so sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We take note of any comments we receive as it is important to us that our guests are happy and it is our priority to address any concerns listed. We will be replacing our tubs in the off-season as the tub is worn and has scratches that are permanent. These scratches may make the tub appear to be dirty, but, I assure you, we have an exceptional cleaning lady who takes pride in her work in keeping all our properties clean. As for the mismatched dishes, I will certainly take a look at that and update as needed. We usually don’t provide extra bed linens, but would have gladly provided if you were in need. We do have a formula we go by to provide enough towels and toiletries per length of your stay. If any needs are not met, please let us know during your stay so we can make it right for you. We have great cleaning ladies! It was a small oversight that upon exiting they accidentally left a small Walmart plastic bag with some used cleaning rags in it. Come on. Really? Hardly a reason to put for a negative review. We have fireplaces in all our units to give a warm cozy feeling and atmosphere for our guests. We haven’t had any complaints concerning the remotes. This is our most prized unit that guests really love. These small nit picky things are a two minute fix when a guest politely lets me know there is an issue. We are pleased that you liked your unit. We wish you would have informed us concerning the sand? We have a wonderful cleaning lady who is very thorough. If there was a problem, we would like to know so that we can address it for you. Yes, we had a tv break down and placed a smaller emergency tv in the unit as a new large flatscreen is in order. The pool you are referring to is covered in the summertime, but in the winter, it does become enclosed to be indoor. Yes, we are in the heart of Myrtle Beach and you are going to experience noise especially on holiday weekends. This is normal. Just wishing to clarify. Hi Nancy, Yes with this pandemic and the current situation many of the hotels in Myrtle Beach, including ours, has been short on help.
