However, i was most impressed and grateful for staff kindness, thoughtfulness and truly going above and beyond for our family in a difficult situation. We had a health emergency with my elderly Mother on July 2 2025. And Crowne team who was on duty on this time was exceptional: helping us with a doctor, and paramedics visit, translation, providing us food packages (so needed as we spent all the time in emergency, arranging a deep discount for our unexpected extra 2 days of stay. The team was closely monitoring and helping us even as shifts changed. My family is forever grateful to the Crowne Plaza team for making such a difficult situation touched by human kindness and highest degree of hospitality professionalism. Thank you!
