"The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...

"Can’t beat facing the beach and enjoying the view. Only 4 stars as screens weren’t working so had many many bug bites through the whole stay, especially at night even though house shut at night. On first day, requested screens be repaired which had to be done as replacements after we left. A shame this wasn’t noticed by management before we arrived, so we could have enjoyed the stay more. Hopefully it will work for next vacationers."

"Ricardo was a great host. He was very responsive and immediately worked to repair anything that needed it during the holidays. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5, my 3 kids shared a room with bunk beds and my husband and in the master. The beach is right in front of the property which was the best part. Definitely one of our best stays at Iguana."

"Great hotel in the middle of the city, the pool was really nice too as I went during the summer and needed it from long walks into town. Room. Had cold AC which was nice too. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel organizes events which was great. Definitely recommend!"
