"Basic hotel with part-time reception and very basic rooms. Helpful staff but only speak Spanish. Didn’t see any sign of restaurant being open. Assume it’s really intense for ski season."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The view was nice and the food at the restaurant was excellent! The room was nice, large and comfortable. And reasonably clean. However, the bathtub was not really clean, the gym was quite dirty and had no air conditioning. The pool area was ran down and small. ..."
