"We had a great time. The house was comfortable and the area is beautiful! The only issues we had were a humming of the fan in the master bedroom upstairs, the door lock didn’t work for us (but the owners helped with this and all was well), and we had a hard time finding where to dump trash. The hot tub was wonderful, the wifi works great (we had one doing online school and one work), and all was just as the listing described. It was a great place to stay for a Liberty University graduation. If we ever need to come back to Virginia we would love to stay here again!"

"We have stayed in a lot of short term vacation rentals and this was our favorite by far! It was very clean and cozy and the decor was just lovely. Comfortable beds, amazing views of the mountains, lots of good info about the area and dining options provided by the host. We felt anticipated and welcomed when we found our names written on a chalkboard in the kitchen. Very responsive host!! She was quick to message making sure we didn’t have any questions upon arrival. It was a perfect stay!! If we travel to that area again we will be sure to book here!! Thank you Della!!"

"Came here in the offseason for a getaway, had a lovely time. Nicely appointed apartment with a very modern feel, it'd be a pleasant place to stay even if it wasn't overlooking gorgeous, wooded mountains. The hosts were very communicative. Sufficiently speedy internet for a remote work getaway or video streaming."

"We enjoyed our stay at your condo, especially the view. Just wanted to let you know that the remote for the dvd player needs batteries and the coffee maker didn’t work properly. The coffee didn’t flow out right and it overflowed. Other than that, everything was as described. We hope to stay at your beautiful condo again."

"First time at Wintergreen - condos are show their age in places, but I had a great time and the views were out of this world. Good hiking. Waterfalls. Cut through to Blue Ridge Parkway from the neighborhood allowed for great biking without having to descend/ascend the long road up from the entrance."

"We LOVED this property. The view of the moon rise, and sunrise over the mountains was spectacular! Everything about this well appointed condo was spot on. The bed was very comfortable, the furnishings were top notch, and the little touches like coffee, creamer, etc, made this place a must do. Our only complaint, we only could stay one night. If ever in this area again, this would definitely be my choice to stay."

"This year’s gathering of our ever growing tribe of children, grands and canine landed us as close to the Heavens as possible. This property was perfectly set up for sleeping arrangements, meal sharing, dog convenience and activities for all ages… the climbing wall was especially popular with our young gymnast and the free-standing video arcade was nostalgically fun for all ages. Of course, being March, the hot tub and sauna got used quite a bit too. The ultimate lure of this property however, was the closeness to the Heavens. We hiked just yards from the house, soaked up stunning sunsets through the still bare trees and enjoyed a lovely afternoon beside the Rockfish River at a local cidery. The management was most responsive and patient when we asked a few questions which were CLEARLY laid out on the instruction link…Note to self: assign someone in the group to read instructions throughly and relay to the rest. Plenty of photos were snapped, offerings of thanks given and expressions of gratitude delivered…what more could be asked for. PS: Thanks to the owners for being dog and cancellation…some of the terms and dates for cancellation are far too extreme for my liking. Have already recommended this property."
