Oxford Suites Chico
Excellent breakfast with options such as having a omelette made for you. The room was clean, comfortable, plenty of towels and nice sundries(shampoo, conditioner etc…). This is where I put up my guests since I don’t have room. Top class!

Renovated & Charming Chico House w/ EV Charger
The only immediately relevant issue is the back door. It only locks the outside knob, which means if you have not checked the lock before going outside, you may have locked yourself out of the house.
