“If you're looking for authentic experience in Spanish village - that's your best choice. The building is historical, but extremely clean and well-maintained. The terrace is just magnificent - perfect to spending an evening with a bottle of vine. The area is just stunning. Dominique and Christa are amazing hosts - friendly, helpful and cheerful. They speak many languages, including English, which is rare in Spain. Their dog is a charmer as well. They made us a great breakfast, helped with luggage……

“Joachim und Nathalie sind sehr herzliche und tolle Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Joachim hat immer Tipps parat. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse war unser Highlight. Das Frühstück war gut.und ausreichend. Es gab jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Wer wandern will, ist hier an der richtigen Stelle, genauso auch wer die Málaga Gegend Abseits des Trubels erleben will. “Tracey is an amazing host. We were thoroughly satisfied with the 3 nights at La Vieja Botica: - different daily quality breakfast, locally sourced (not forgetting Tracey's signature marmalede), fresh and tasty; by the olive's wood fireplace - modern and fully furnished room, extremely comfortable bed with an ever important door that opens out (able to continuously air the room is a huge plus) - spot on location for the el saltillo hike - just few steps away from the starting point”
