The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your comfort. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, barbecue, hair dryer, TV, WiFi suitable for video calls, terrace, private gardens, washing machine, dishwasher, and a combined living and dining room. Villa Clementina offers two separate holiday accommodations, each with its own entrance, garden, and terrace. Located in the Chimenea residential area directly above Burriana Beach, you can enjoy both sea and mountain views from your accommodation. The villa is rented as two units, with an upper and a lower part available.



Street parking is available. Events are not permitted, and the property is designed for relaxing holidays in a peaceful residential area, making it unsuitable for parties. Groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted. Local activities include water sports, trail running, horse riding, e-bike and bike rentals, and golf.
