"We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this historical, beautifully appointed schoolhouse. There was such a thoughtful attention to detail every step of the way. We were greeted with fresh flower, fresh fruit and a welcome glass of local wine. Karl our host was kind, friendly and very informative. He gave us wonderful recommendations for dining and wine bar options in the area. Everything is within walking distance, and the vacation apartment is perfectly situated in a very tranquil part...

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Großzügige, helle, saubere Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Für ältere Semester ist das Bett sehr niedrig, man bekommt Schwierigkeiten beim aufstehen, aber die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"I loved this Loft. It has to be one of the best place I have ever stayed and felt at home. It is very nice inside as it is shown in the advertisement and even more beautiful when you are there. I was hoping to rent it for the whole time I will be in Germany but I couldn’t. "Wir durften die ersten Gäste in dieser Wohnung sein und wir haben es in keinster Weise bereut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Hochwertige Ausstattung insbesondere Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine etc. Eine Grundausstattung mit allem ist vorhanden angefangen von Kaffeepads, über Standardgewürze, Öl, Spültücher und Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel.
