Welcome to Hansel, a typical Breton house with a thatched roof, nestled just a 3-minute walk from the charming village of thatched cottages in Kerascoët. Ideal for nature and hiking enthusiasts, this home offers direct access to the famous GR34 coastal path through a small gate from the garden. Just 500 meters away, you’ll discover the wild coast, and the Rospico Cove is 1.5 km away, perfect for enjoying the coastal scenery.



The Property



Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful 800 m² garden—a true haven of peace where you can enjoy the Breton climate. The spacious terrace is perfect for sharing warm moments around a barbecue.



Inside, the house offers a comfortable living space of about 105 m². The ground floor includes a lovely entrance leading to a living-dining room that can accommodate six guests. This room opens onto an equipped kitchen and leads directly to the terrace through a large sliding glass door. You’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed, separate toilets, and a shower room.



Upstairs, a staircase leads to two large bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds, a sink, and toilets.

Die Lage des Hauses, das Gebäude und die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön und gut. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise fehlen auch Dinge, die zu erwarten wären (z. B. Korkenzieher/Flaschenöffner, Schneebesen). Das Haus war katastrophal gereinigt, teilweise waren Gläser oder Töpfe schmutzig weggeräumt worden; der Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt; die Schneidebretter stanken nach Fisch; an allen möglichen Ecken waren Spinnweben, Tischdecken waren zum Teil noch verkrümelt. Wir haben die Hausverwaltung darüber am ersten Tag informiert, bis zu unserer Abreise nach sieben Tagen gab es dazu keine Reaktion. Zunächst konnten wir uns nicht mit dem WLAN verbinden, weil uns ein falscher Code mitgeteilt worden war - auch hier gab es keine Reaktion der Hausverwaltung, wir konnten das Problem dann aber selbst lösen.
