Overall great experience. The lady at the front desk was unhelpful but checked us in. Parking was on street unless you paid for off street parking.

I was in town for a little over a week attending a yoga retreat. The hotel was conveniently located near many places to eat as well as shopping. I was able to get a lot of vegan food! I spent a lot of time walking and enjoying the town. The hotel was quiet and really comfortable. Room service was great. I enjoyed my stay.

Arrived late Front door was locked. Hit the buzzer a few times. No response. The security man finally let us in but didn't say a word. No one at the front desk. Room didn't look like it had been cleaned. Not a good first impression but we were given a new room. Clean, very quiet. Short walk to the French Quarter, French Market and Riverfront Streetcar stop.

The property itself was great, clean and safe. One of the elevators broke down twice during our stay. However my biggest issue with this property is that the two options for parking are either street parking where cars have been broken into in the past for free, or to pay $40 per day to leave the car for valet parking so they can put it in their inhouse lot behind a gate and secured with cameras.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in the French Quarter! Very clean, great breakfast, super friendly staff. So close to Cafe Du Monde and Jackson Square. Valet parking available or you can park on the street for free. We loved this hotel and would stay here again on our next trip.

Very large room. It was clean and well maintained. The gym was awesome, but we didn’t find it until the last day. The breakfast was great! Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. It wasn’t exactly in the French Quarter, but within driving distance. There were a lot of homeless people walking around and sleeping in the sidewalks. Parking was $40.00 a night or on the street. I worried about the car, but it remained safe. No indoor pool and outdoor was small and not heated. Very nice place, overall! I would stay here again.

We booked the Hampton inn for the convenience to Frenchman street and were very pleased with everything from start to finish. Easy check in, comfortable and clean room, nice shower products, breakfast Included, late check out granted, and I was particularly excited about the free guest laundry. Also it’s very close to the riverwalk. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I would like to start off I was highly disappointed in my stay, it was not worth the money I spent. Front desk clerk was rude, I did not like the fact that we couldn’t park our own vehicle & had to pay valet $40. Elevators are very slow. Breakfast there was no meat only sausage gravy for a $300 stay. Check out day it’s pouring down raining, another family comes & block the way to unload our stuff in our vehicle caused all of our belonging to flip over into all of the rain water & puddles on the street & ruined everything. I was highly disappointed & I wouldn’t recommend

Very clean newer hotel. Breakfast was offered with a good variety of choices. We took advantage of their valet parking to securely protect our vehicle. The hotel is located just a block from Frenchmen Street a couple blocks from the French-quarter market and waterfront walk. We were able to walk or talk the trolley everywhere we wanted to go.

This hotel is very fairly priced, and the location is unbeatable. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The only small issue we encountered was that the desk chair in our room kept sinking. We asked the front desk about swapping it out for another chair but didn't get a resolution. The next day we left a note for housecleaning and they fixed it immediately. Overall and excellent stay and we definitely come back.

Awesome Hotel! This place is super nice and super clean! Great breakfast in the morning really got our days started off right! One block walk to Frenchmen street for great food and music! Only a few blocks away from the French Market and Jackson Square. I definitely recommend this property!

The hotel was a little hard to find. Better signage would be helpful. Once we located the building check in was easy and dining and entertainment venues were very close by.

Clean rooms Breakfast was more than adequate Hope on reception was helpful It’s NOT a 7 minute walk to bourbon street as it says on the website Don’t ask the hotel to book you a cab, they did it for us and the driver tried to rip me off There’s no way to email the hotel before or after your stay which is inconvenient
