NO stay
The place was tip top clean, nice sheets and towels, comfortable beds, very quiet, good location. They had Nic amenities: water, chips, toothpaste. Place is well decorated and the bathrooms are nice. Only comment is that it wold be nice to have opaque thinner curtains in the living room instead of the heavy curtains so that you have more natural light.

Fabulous Rental
Located in the arts/warehouse district within walking distance of the Quarter and other downtown attractions. Perfectly charming and super clean with easy access right from the street. I will be staying here again during my next visit to the Big Easy. Highly recommended - five stars! And don't miss the beignets @ Cafe du Monde!

Weekend getaway
Weekend trip for St Paddy’s day. Original booking was thought to be on Poydras but ended up being a little further away. We still enjoyed ourselves. Very clean property. Safe location. Second with snacks and drinks. Would stay again.

Anniversary
We celebrated our 32nd Anniversary with our son and his wife. Great location, especially if you are interested in going to Harrah's Casino. Great food within walking distance, " Bittersweet Confections " and "Cochon Butcher " are two places we enjoyed. Would definitely love to stay here again!

NOLA Friends Birthday
The property was gorgeous! It was decorated for a feel of comfort and succeeded. We stayed 5 nights. The beds are very cozy and the bedrooms are so quiet, lending to a good night’s rest after walking around and eating great food all day. Two of us who like to walk found it a nice distance to walk from the hubbub of the French Quarter; the other two preferred a short ride share trip. It was nice to have coffee and water provided as well as some snacks. It is located on the street, which we preferred for ease of coming and going. Some reviews said the street traffic is loud. You can hear people walking by, but we spent most days out and about. At night, as I stated it was super quiet to sleep (when waking up we couldn’t tell what time it was without looking at a clock!). Communication with the property manager was great. Didn’t need much bc they provided ample info before checkin and we didn’t have any problems to report. We would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks so much!

Amazing Weekend
The Bordeaux was the perfect place to stay! Within walking distance of everything and easy access to the building. We were greeted with a welcome basket of New Orleans treats and a note and the building was so clean! My husband and I and our friends were very pleased with the entire stay! 11/10!

Weekend Getaway in the height of summer!
We spent 4 nights during a summer heat wave and had a fabulous time. The condo was well cooled, very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located for things we went to do (eat well, ride the St. Charles line, WWII museum, Aquarium and more food. It’s a hike to canal street for the obligatory French Quarter walk through, which we did a couple of times. We all felt that we would stay there again. We kept car parked in a nearby public lot and took it out Saturday evening through our Monday morning stay since there is free street parking Sunday and also in evening. We had a couple of breakfasts in the condo and found we needed more than the sampling of sugar that is provided. Olive oil salt and pepper is available. If you want to cook, take or buy supplies.

Great place!
Absolutely beautiful property in a great location. Within walking distance to many places and adjoining an awesome restaurant. What was not mentioned in the listing is it is street level so you do hear street noise. We loved the property though as it has 2 super comfortable bedrooms which are very quiet and dark. Great for sleeping! Its also beautifully decorated. We never got the car out of the parking garage and walked everywhere including the quarter and the WW2 Museum.

Excellent Home Base for NOLA
My family and I stayed here for a trip to NOLA and found it a great home base for exploring everything the city offers. It's in the Warehouse District (safe and pretty quiet), and roughly a mile to the French Quarter and 2 miles to the heart of the Garden District and Magazine Street...conveniently located between the two areas. We pretty much walked everywhere, but Uber rides were easy enough to get, too. The apartment itself is very nice...my kids said "whoooaaa" when we first walked in, which is always a good sign. And the communication with the property managers was excellent. Definitely recommended unless you want to be right in the middle of the French Quarter.

Loved it!
Great place to stay. The apartment was clean and in order. The decor was very modern and beautiful. My 4 year old had loads of fun being there. He enjoyed being a big boy in the fancy showers too! The place is cozy and inviting. Location was perfect for my family. Most of what we went to see was walking distance. There’s also a grocery store 7 mins walk which was phenomenal. The location is excellent. 10/10. Thanks again for the stay.

Fall Break Getaway with the kids.
Perfect place for a quick trip to NOLA, although I would recommend it more for a party of all adults. The location and being a sidewalk entry unit wasn’t ideal for small children, although we had no issues with a nine and eleven year old. Very clean, very receptive and helpful host, and all amenities were complete and included. Overall a terrific experience.

Wonderful place !!!
This place was perfect for our stay in New Orleans. The one lace was lovely and the beds were so comfortable I miss them now. It was easy to get to and central to restaurants and clubs. We went for jazz fest but was an easy Uber drive to the festival grounds. All of the other people in our party stayed at the hotel next door which was small and old compared to our spacious lovely space.

Great property!
We had an amazing visit recently and loved our stay at this property. It was even better than the pictures reflected! We enjoyed many of the restaurants nearby and were able to safely and comfortably walk to and from the Quarter. We also visited the WWII museum one day, which was an easy walk from this location, and I highly recommend it. Communication with the property management company was great. We had no issues once we arrived so I didn’t need to get in touch while we were there, but did have some questions before we arrived and they were quick to respond with helpful guidance. I will agree with some of the other reviews that the noise level in the front room was quite loud (which is just an unfortunate consequence of the location.) So I would recommend putting a deep sleeper on the sofa bed!

Courtney, thank you so much for this review! Since your stay, we have added some very thick velvet curtains to help with light and to hopefully absorb some of the noise. We also have sound machines in each bedroom, we may need to add one to living room for the guest sleeping on the pull out bed!

Fantastic!
Loved everything about the unit. It’s close enough to the French quarter to easily walk but far enough you don’t get the noise. Bedrooms had no windows which allowed silent & peaceful sleep. I deal place for families or those who want to enjoy New Orleans and also get some rest. Living room is off main street so can be an it noisy but very roomy for a family of 6. Unit is very clean and stylish. Couldn’t have been happier with this unit!

Quiet convenience, great location
This property is conveniently located close to the French Quarter, the Garden District and many good restaurants. The bedrooms are large and quiet but anyone sleeping on the sofa bed will find it noisy in the late evening. Transportation is conveniently close with a bus stop right across the street.

Beautiful property with a great host!
The property was beautiful, well appointed, and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional in taking care of anything we needed and was quick to respond via text or call. It should be noted that this unit opens directly to the street. There was a lot of noise from the street and sidewalk from those waking and partying during the night. We didn’t need to use the sleeper sofa in the living room and I was glad because you would not have gotten any sleep there. I would definitely rent again from this host but would pick the property right next door that has apartments that are inside and don’t have direct street access. Overall a good experience!!

Great location and very clean and spacious property
The property is a great location and close to most NOLA attractions. It can get loud especially in the evenings but only in the living room area. The 2 bedrooms in the back are very quiet and you will sleep like a baby. There is only street parking but it is free after 7pm till 8am the following morning and free all day Sunday. So if you can be out during the daytime, your parking should be free or you can pay $6/2hrs. I stayed for 10 days and would just feed the meter by around 10am and would plan to leave by around 2pm and never had an issue. Overall, really recommend the place for the amazing location and modern look.

This rental is exactly what you see. Updated and is conveniently located. It is within walking distance to the strip but far enough away to have peace and quiet- if that's what you're looking for in the Big Easy. Beautiful condo
This place is very nice, and the location is great. Easy to walk everywhere. The entry door opens directly to street, which we liked. It wasn’t too noisy or anything and no one could see directly in. The only things were the tile floors looked clean but you could see it on your feet and socks that they were dirty. The kitchen has only basic dishes. No scissors, no spices. I would recommend this place and stay here again. Easy communication with host when the city power went out and we lost wifi.

I just forwarded this review to our housekeeping company so we can make sure that the tile floors get a good deep cleaning after every reservation and will also be sure that this is something we are checking during our inspections. I'm also so sorry to hear the kitchen didn't have what you were looking for as we try to stock the unit with everything guest would need while on vacation! Tomorrow we will do an inventory to see if items are missing/broken as we typically have 2 pair of scissors in each unit, one in the cutlery drawer and another in the knife set.. we will get this replaced asap! As for the spices - due to covid we are only stocking the unit with salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, creamers and sugars but hopefully soon we will be able to add more! Again, thank you for the feedback as stuff like this is so important! Please come back and visit us soon!

My 42nd Birthday was Amazing.... This property was everything the owners post and more. There was a nice personal note to me. They had refreshments in the refrigerator and snacks for us. The condo is huge and spacious. Beautifully decorated and very clean. It's beside a 5star restaurant. Close drive to Canal and Bourbon street and Harrah's Casino. Our plane has mechanical problems and we had to board a new plane which got us in New Orleans after midnight. We were lost can called the property manager, he guided us to the condo and made sure we made it in. I Highly recommend this property because I know for sure I will be renting it again!!!!

Really lovely place with everything you need
We thought this place was great. We’re pretty picky, so that’s high praise. Pros: Gorgeous space Super clean & spacious Plenty of towels and other supplies Good text communication with prop manager Quiet neighborhood Bedrooms are dark and quiet Cons: Had some WiFi issues but I don’t think that’s a normal occurrence A little far from the French Quarter, where my kids always wanted to go. But still walkable for a 5 year old Would totally recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone
The ambience of this condo is unreal. Great location. Two king suites with extremely comfortable beds. With Covid being a challenge for us to celebrate a bachelorette party for an aunt and niece this condo suited us perfectly. Small group of ladies enjoyed our time together. So many great restaurants in the area. Thank you so much for having us, and we will spread the news of such a great gem in the nola.
