My wife and I stayed for 4 days , but he first night we had a small problem with the room and spoke to Megan the next morning … she immediately gave us a new room. The next morning I came out and maintenance was in the room fixing the problem ! Megan was extremely helpful and friendly! We would definately stay at the lux again each and every time we come to NY to visit our family .

I had a very bad experience friday night.I spoke to management and corporate and requested a refund for friday and saturday night. They told me to email you guys and ask for the.Refund and that you would email them that they have already spoken to corporate and the owners, and it is approved

Good experience for the price. Only complaint is the gaps under the door and on the sides. Lots of activity outside and in the hallways but we were fine.
