"Het chalet op zich was prima, maar er hing een vreselijke urinestank in de badkamer/toilet. Zelfs na een paar keer per dag schoonmaken met chloor ging de stank er niet uit. Ook de keukeninventaris was een beetje karig. Om te bakken oid alleen 2 koekenpannen. Een hapjespan of wok oid was fijn geweest."

"Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und hatten eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit. In dem Chalet ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zu erwähnen ist, dass es keinen Backofen gibt, was für uns absolut kein Problem war. Der Blick auf den Teich hinter dem Haus ist super schön und beruhigend. Auf der Anlage gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool und einen kleinen Spielplatz, was unsere Kinder beides gerne genutzt haben. "Excellent hotel, in a fantastic location for exploring Utrecht. We found it to be very family friendly with games to play in the reception areas and we really enjoyed the tables canalside outside for eating/drinking. We felt safe, looked after and the hotel visually very cool. The breakfast options were 10/10 we will miss it! The evening restaurant food was fab with options for all tastes. Travelling as an Autism family we found the hotel to be super welcoming and inclusive."
