"Have a bit of unpleasant and unexpectedly “ free breakfast ~ breakfast included “ issue with a property staff. I booked my room through EXPEDIA” and paid for breakfasts as well. Nonetheless, on the property’s documentation based on their own system print out. It didn’t reflect a breakfast was included with my stay, despite I paid for it with my room when I booked my stay with Expedia. At the end, we came to an agreement, thorough I felt customer’s information from Expedia should suffice and legitimate, and undoubtedly, the property’s ongoing problem/huge headache shouldn’t have brought up / explained to me. I am as a customer, doesn’t whatsoever required to know about the property’s hectic and unpredictable own operating system.
