Das Ferienhaus hat alles nötige, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, auch ein Gitterbett für Kinder und ein Kinderstuhl sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hört hauptsächlich nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Leider ist zur Zeit eine große Baustelle an der Uferpromenade, dennoch kann man einen schönen Spaziergang zum Trischendamm oder eine Wattwanderung machen. Außerdem ist es im Umfeld sehr ruhig.Von der Unterkunft sind die Ortsteile Bad und Dorf mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Zu fuß ist es etwas weit, aber dafür gibt es ja den Ortsbus, für den es in der Nähe eine Haltestelle gibt."
