For shared use: planted inner courtyard. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Shop 4 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop 300 m, ferry 2.3 km, sandy beach 200 m, lake Forellensee. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km.
"Ferhaaling", 3-room apartment 73 m2 on 2nd floor. Very modern and tasteful furnishings: open living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, Hammam-Shower and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Underfloor heating. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
