"Great little find and fabulous location. Nice views and next door to the Popes summer home. Very easy 5 min walk to train and straight into Rome in 35 mins. "

"My husband and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. The parking lot is free and very large. The breakfast is really good and they have a limited menu lunch on the Terrace. Very good food but very limited. The property is lovely and we walked all over and enjoyed the views. Town is close enough to walk. We both got massages in the spa that was wonderful! The bike tours were not available during the time we were there. All in all a great stay"

"The hotel was spotless and comfortable and the staff was extremely hospitable, helpful and warm. The sea views are lovely and everything about the hotel itself was 10/10. Sadly, the local government has mismanaged the zoning and there is a noisy nearby establishment with spot lights and a huge flashing screen that is on 24 hours a day. There is a noisy dance club/ bar across the street that plays thumping music untill 1 or 2 AM. They've also erected an ugly sign that partially blocks the view of the mountains. The local government is allowing a beautiful location to be destroyed by both visual and noise pollution. "
